Kevin Martin's Latest Scam? Extortion, via the Ashley Madison Extortion Scam.

This was passed along to me today, like the submitter I knew the writing style right away. Anyone who ever had dealings with this idiot will see the patterns immediately. I would say this is easily good for some felony extortion charges wouldn't you?

P.S. It is being turned over with the actual bitcoin address, headers and all other relevant information to the FBI.

Hey there!

If you want to keep your cheating and lies secret from your significant other, your family, your friends and work contacts then pay very close attention to this email. As what we demand is non-negotiable and you might ruin your life if you decide to ignore this email.

You must send exactly 1 Bitcoin (BTC) if you pay within 48 hours (approx. value $230USD) TO THE FOLLOWING BTC ADDRESS: *****removed***** (copy and paste address!!)

If you fail to meet the 48 hour deadline, you must send exactly 5 Bitcoin if you pay after 2 days but less then 6 days 23 hours from send time of this email; to the following BTC address: *****removed*****  (copy and paste address!!)

On the 7th day if you do not pay the non-negotiable amount your significant other, family and friends along with your employer will receive copies of all the hacked data screenshots, credit card transaction logs which include ip address, billing name and address and messages and profile from the cheating site you used to be unfaithful.

If you do not pay within the time frames we have set fourth this data will be in the hands of the people you wanted to keep your cheating secret from.

We are aware that you probably don't have (bitcoin) BTC at the moment, so we are giving you this time to get BTC and pay us.

**If you need help locating a place to purchase (BTC), use the website called localbitcoins, google it, if you dont know about it. This site makes bitcoin very easy and quick to purchase using multiple methods. On localbitcoins sign up and choose to buy the bitcoin (BTC) with western union or money gram wire , find a seller of your choice (localbitcoins is a "ebay" like site with sellers with many sales and a high rating being trustworthy) pay with cash at western union or money gram when you send the wire to the seller as sellers don't accept payments made by credit card. After you send wire to seller provide the seller with a copy of the receipt and when they verify they with send the bitcoins (have the seller send the bitcoin directly to the bitcoin address we provided you with OR if they send the bitcoins to your localbitcoins wallet on site instead you will have to log into your localbitcoin wallet and send to the bitcoin address we provided you with). It will take less then and hour and a half for us to receive the bitcoins once you wire the money to a seller on localbitcoins, the seller will give you a confirmation of payment through site and we will let you know we received. You will get the information needed to send a western union or money gram wire from sellers page after you choose a seller and it will give you the exact amount to wire to seller.

Current price of 1 BTC is about 235 USD, so we are fairly cheap, at the moment. But if you ignore us, we will ruin your life and move on to other targets.

IMPORTANT: You don't even have to reply. Just pay the 1 BTC (or 5 if its after 48 hours) to [above mentioned bitcoin address] we will know it's you and you will never hear from us again.

If you need to contact us feel free but you do not have to you only need to pay and we will disappear.

But if you ignore us, and don't pay within the time frames specified we will make good on are word.

If you think about reporting us to authorities, feel free to try. But it will not help. We are not amateurs. The best thing that can happen, they will go publicly about it. We will, again, get some free publicity. But for you, you will be ruined the damage will be done.

It's a one-time payment. Pay and you will not hear from us ever again!

Weather Alert Central Hurricane Hoax

This is just added information for one of Kevin's scams before his arrest for prostitution...

In late August 2014 Kevin Martin, was operating under the name "Weather Alert Central" where he produced a forecast which he posted on Facebook claiming a potential Katrina scale hurricane was headed for the US Gulf Coast. The Facebook post received considerable attention and was debunked by several widely viewed outlets including The Weather Channel, Times-Picayune, Huntsville Times and Slate. The National Weather Service Hurricane Center also made a post on Facebook advising the public to "be wary of long-range projections that go beyond what science can offer". By the time the system Kevin was referring to made landfall in Louisiana and Texas it was classified as a "weak area of low pressure" which brought a handful of scattered rain showers to the area... about as far from a massive hurricane as you can get.

You can also find more information about this on

The Weather Channel also tore him up for this weather hoax as well.

But to add to this info is the fact that Kevin is so unstable he tried to save his own ass by saying he got rid of himself. I know right! Totally insane but here it is....

The board at Weather Alert is announcing the removal of Kevin Martin that is in effect now.  This removal has come due to Mr. Martin’s conduct over the internet and people whom follow him.   WACweather’s image over social media is being impacted and the removal was so that we can continue the operations over social media, that of which he is blocked from at the moment.  The entire network of WACweather, SCWCweather, and HAARP Status Network will no longer be under Mr. Martin’s guidance or control.  The board has taken full control over the sites.
So the board of Weather Alert Central who is none other than Kevin himself decided he was removing himself....  LOL My brain hurts. The article goes on to say:

The new CEO has been appointed and the name will not be announced at the time.  However, the new CEO, living nearby the WACweather office, has informed us that she will be taking over operations and assigning multiple weather forecasters to the website, replacing Mr. Martin.

Mr. Martin declined a statement for this release article but stated it was for the best we removed him.   Our new CEO will work with the new team to reestablish the quality and trust of the weather forecasts on the site.

The new Apps for Iphone and Android will help the website boost more views and hopefully new guests to the site.

The graphics engine at WACweather will remain the same, with or without Kevin.  Our graphics designer has the rights to the stencils used for the project and our new upcoming talented forecasters will use them for all updates.
Mr. Martin has not given word on where he will be next in the forecast industry.  We here at WACweather are saddened by the loss, but the board has spoken.

Now this is even more insane considering that this so called weather engine is just his imagination and the info he steals from the National Weather Service....

This comes from Kevin's own reporting account at Before its News (about as reputable as Kevin's websites.)

I'm the victim, accused fake forecaster Kevin Martin claims yet again!

SAN DIEGO - A man infamous for creating fake online weather forecasts is giving his side of the story.

Kevin Martin is under federal investigation for threats he made against the local National Weather Service office, but now he claims he is the victim.

He admits he has no education in weather forecasting but runs a site dedicated to providing what he calls accurate weather forecasts -- more accurate, he claims, than the National Weather Service.

He's been under the National Weather Service's radar for a long time. It was a false Katrina-style hurricane prediction that promoted NWS to call him out publicly.

Martin denies creating the forecast, blaming it on an inexperienced friend who placed it on his site, but admits his beef with the National Weather Service is real.

We asked if he threatened the folks at the National Weather Service and he said "not physically - you see in my way of believing, a threat has to be physical."

In a slew of online videos, Martin threatens Google and Facebook, but says there's a reason why he won't ever be arrested.

"I do my threats in a way where it screws with their mind mentally," he said.

Beyond the National Weather Service, several other weather forecasters have also accused Martin of threatening them, including one man who emailed 10News to say Martin placed false information online that he was a child molester.

Martin admitted to making false claims against other forecasters, but said he is only fighting back against the personal attacks on him.

And the comments again to this story show you many various aliases of Kevin martin trying to do damage control.

Accused fake forecaster under Investigation for threats to the National Weather Service

It has been a while since I updated this blog but I have found that Kevin is still threatening various legitimate storm chasers and weather people so I think it is time to get this ball rolling again.

It seems that Kevin and Brian Martin received a visit from the FBI after posting more threats on Facebook to the National Weather Service. These threats have made the news on many websites and the Martin's have taken some time off from stealing other peoples pictures to start threatening legitimate storm chasers for laughing about this whole thing at their expense.

ABC 10 News out of San Diego ran a news report about is and this has left Kevin and Brian both trying to save themselves from losing the few remaining fools who still send him money for their fake forecasts. You can find the video at the link below.

What is completely pathetic is Kevin again attempting to damage control in the same way he always has, by making fake accounts and pretending to be someone else and tooting his own pathetic little horn. It is no surprise that they are again threatening the same people they have stolen pictures from in the past. In a previous article we posted information where Kevin had stolen pictures from Jim Saueressig and was posting them on his fake weather forecasting site claiming them to be his own. Well here is another back and forth between then after Kevin and Brian started threatening him again that includes a link back to this website.

Luckily I saved some screens from that page myself as Kevin Martin / AKA Hector Villa in this case  because he has since deleted them as is typical to try and cover his tracks.
I lose track of this idiot at times because he has more aliases than a phone book in a medium sized town has names.
